Why USCIS closed the request

USCIS administratively closed this request, saying it did not "describe the records sought in enough detail to enable us to locate them with a reasonable amount of effort" (see 6 C.F.R. 5.3(b)) and that, "to the extent it describes records, it is unduly burdensome."
