Blank letter templates for identity requests and closures

This request asks for the blank letter templates USCIS uses to ask requesters for more identity documents. It also asks for the blank templates used to close requests for agency records (other than a person's immigration file) for insufficient identity verification, failure to comply, or records "not under the purview" of USCIS.

Why it matters
The templates would show the standard wording requesters receive when asked for identity documents or when their requests are closed.
