FIRST system improvement and problem tickets (refiled)
This is a second version of an earlier request, filed to ask for Track 1, USCIS's simple processing track. It asks for all improvement requests and problem reports (tickets) for FIRST, the system USCIS uses to track records requests, from January 1, 2025 to the present, with their status, priority decisions and outcomes, in CSV or export format.
Why it matters
The tickets would show how USCIS handled requested fixes and improvements to the system.
